This time next year:
I can't believe that yesterday ended week 3 of a 4 week course. My first nursing class will be over! ...11 or so more to go! I ran into a friend of mine from a class I took last year; she stated her Nursing program last April, so I'm exactly 1 year behind her. This time next year, I'll be taking psych nursing, like she is now, and will be OHSOready to graduate. I can't wait until I'm done, with an RN, BSN after my name and working 3 days a week. And it's too soon to tell, obviously, but I think I want to start out in the NICU. We'll see. That's the lovely thing about Nursing - I can do anything under the sun with my degree!
I'm also ready to get back into my hobbies. I know it's only been a month, but I already miss being to do things I enjoy. This constant making flashcards, writing papers, and reading the text book is booooring. I miss crocheting, I hate watching Chris play World of Warcraft because I want to play World of Warcraft, I long to play my DS but I don't have time for that either. I don't even have time to read a damn novel. I am particularly looking forward to diving into photography after school ends. Isn't it silly that my biggest motivation for learning photography is so I can have the coolest pictures of my kids for my mommy brag book? Yeah.
Speaking of kids, I've been getting urges... but we know we're not at that stage of our life yet. AND, that's a story for another day...
If anyone would like a Socialthing invite, I've got a few to spare. It's super neat, because I can read all my feeds from the currently-accepted social networking sites, AND, post to Twitter and Facebook at the same time (Myspace soon). Lubs it.

The Socialthing website sounds interesting. Are Twitter and Facebook the only two applications currently supported?
Oh, my cousin-in-law's sister is an RN & works in the NICU. She has told us stories that are so scary, yet...adventurous! hehe I love the camaraderie that goes on with the staff. Well, at least her staff.
BTW, I thought I added you to my neighborhood many months ago?! Gah... :( I'm just catching up now.
I got a new vox, though! My father in law found my old one... you mean, you thought you added this new vox to your 'hood? It's all good!
